Instructional Module/Training Plan:

This is an instructional plan that I developed for

the local ESL class that I did volunteer work with

as a teacher's assistant.

Differentiated Instruction Lesson Plan:

This is a paper showing how differentiated instruction

may be necessary depending upon the learner. It has some good examples

of how culture can be a determining factor.

Online Tutorial:

This was my very first project in instruction

design. It is a website for ESL students.

Its a basic course in learning the English

alphabet and vowels with related sounds.

Instructional Design Plan:

This is an instructional design plan for a resort

that needed training for First Aid.

Mentoring and Coaching:

This is a mentoring plan I developed

to help an elementary teacher with her

first two years of teaching. It comprehensive

and scheduled.

Organizational Change:

I did this research project on organizational

change with D & N Refrigeration,a local Heating and A/C

companywhen they had to make changes to comply with

government regulations.

Rubric:

This was the rubric designed for the First Aid ID plan.
